About the Zoning Board of Appeals

The Zoning Board of Appeals is established by local ordinance. It conducts public hearings on appeals from decisions of the zoning administrator and considers requests for variances from zoning requirements. The Zoning Board of Appeals meets on the second Monday of each month at 7:30 p.m. Current members are Mark Burnette, chair, Neil Dobbs, Kyle Williams, David Goldberg, and Neil Norton.
